'Living the American Dream'

Thanks to the delights of TV and cinema we have all gotten our first impressions of the United States of America down to a tee!   Yet nothing really can prepare you for your first glance of Manhattan’s unforgettable skyline, your first ride in a yellow cab, mountainous fast food takeaways, the vas expanses of the prairie, the New Orleans buzz or the neon-lit Las Vegas.

The USA is a vast country with 50 states to choose from, bordered by two oceans and covering an incredibly varied landscape.  For five centuries, since the ‘New World’ discoveries of Christopher Columbus, people from all over the world have come here in search of “The American Dream”.  Between them they have created one of the richest, most powerful countries on this earth with an ever increasing melting pot of cultures and traditions.

Florida

Florida has become one of the worlds most vibrant and powerful monetary players than any other state within the U.S.A.   And over the next 2 years Orlando alone is set to create over 60,000 more jobs.

Florida’s position is number 2 in the British top 10 destinations for purchasing holiday homes abroad.  People are drawn to the metro Orlando area which includes Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola counties because of the relatively affordable housing market.  This particular market benefits from the second home purchases by U.S baby boomers as well as keen foreign investors.

East Coast Florida

Tucked in the northeast corner of Florida is a stretch of land that reaches along 75 miles of coastline from the Georgia state line to the southern tip of Anastasia Island.  The area, appropriately known as the First Coast, encompasses some of the statse’s most glorious destination spots, including St Augustine, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Daytona Beach and Palm Coast.  Florida is also famous for golf and for golf enthusiasts golf real estate offers exceptional living standards for discerning and demanding buyers.
